To set goals for a Circle:

Note: Only Circle Coordinators can create goals & update progress
Go to My Circle > Select the Circle > Goals (on the right) > Edit icon (on the right) > Edit (on the bottom of the tab) > Add goal (attach files if you like) > Fill in goals > Save changes
